Jay's New Label & 40/40 Profits

Jay-Z continues the wheelings and dealings of a hip-hop mogul. Recently S. Carter launched a new European record label known as "StarRoc", formed with producers Stargate. Stargate is a Nowegian duo, who have helped craft Beyonce's "Irreplacable" and Ne-Yo's "So Sick". According to reports, the producer duo has relocated to Jay's Manhattan-based "Roc the Mic Studios". At the time of press releases, specific details about the deal are unknown, but Jay-Z is currently working on The Blueprint 3. His next solo album is due out by year's end under the Def Jam label.
