Michael Jackson's Autopsy Results & iTunes Charts

The shocking news of Michael Jackson's sudden death at age 50 due to cardiac arrest sent the world into a frenzy. Fans have had mourning sessions now and still seem to be in disbelief over the news story. The autospy results have been postponed four to six weeks due to the coroner requesting additional tests. These include toxicology, neruopathology and pulmonary tests. At the time the autopsy was performed, there was no indication of foul play. Jackson's body has been released to his relatives now in anticipation of Michael Jackson's funeral arrangements. Meanwhile, the leagcy of Michael Jackson's online music is going strong in the wake of the singer's death. As of late Friday on the iTunes Music store, Michael Jackson had both the #1 album ("The Essential Michael Jackson") and #1 song ("Man in the Mirror") on iTunes. In total, Jackson held 8 of 10 spots on the Top albums chart for iTunes and 9 of 10 spots on the songs chart. Only the Black Eyed Peas and Sean Kingston were present on these charts in addition to MJ. Expect more of the same results when Billboard releases its charts for next week.
